Description
Rab7 is a small GTPase localized in late endosomes. Rab7 regulates late endocytic membrane traffic between endosomes and lysosomes. The protein contains a C terminal CXC motif for post-translational geranylgeranylation. The GST-Tag facilitates the protein`s application in typical GST pull-down assays
